If you want UCAT to become a success, then we need you – our supporter – to get involved with UCAT and support us in any way you can.
What we need is:
The UCAT Party started as a “fun-raiser” for Peter Cook’s People’s Question Time tour of the UK to make June the end of May, originally supported by just a single cat-didate in Rochester and Strood.
UCAT continues to support this highly worthy cause, and if you also wish to do so, then please follow the link on the right>>>
Since it’s inception, UCAT has since morphed and evolved to become a country-wide movement for a new politics, with new cat-didates popping up all over the place, and more wanting to run.
While it is quite a laugh to produce campaigns for the cat-didates, it does take up a lot of time, and we have so many constituencies to get through that it will easily be a full time job up to the general election.
To help us with this, we would appreciate it if you could send us as much information about your local cat-didate as you can – including a photo, short description on their persona and policies, and some data on their opponent.
More money is also welcome, as this will allow us to advertise our campaigns. Please contact us for more details.
To stand a better chance of electoral success, UCAT needs to have the best publicity it can. So please “like” and “share” the campaigns to your friends and family, co-workers and random strangers.
We also ask our true hardcore supporters to print up the cat-didates posters and put them in your window.
All grassroots campaigns rely on volunteers – and UCAT is no different. Please let us know if you can be a door-to-door canvasser for UCAT.
If you have any other skills, we’d also like to hear from you. We are good at catching birds but not so hot on twitter. Can you help?
